If the recent absolute rash of earthquakes (one at 7.2, 4 over 6, 34 above 5.5) near Sumatra doesn’t get your attention about Earth Changes, it’s doubtful that anything ever will. And how about this for Sunday February 15: A 4.3 in Alaska’s Prince William Sound, 4.8 near the Dominican Republic, 6.2 near coast of Peru, northern Japan gets another jolt, Moderate earthquake jolts Maluku, Indonesia and another small earthquake rattles central New Jersey.
Add to all that the concerns expressed by a leading scientist that we have but a few years to do anything about global warming or climate change – starting right now – or we’ve “lost it” –and you might begin to see how serious the situation is. The planet will be in "huge trouble" unless Barack Obama makes strides in tackling climate change, says a leading scientist. Add to THAT the economic turmoil of the world market place, and we are between the devil and the deep blue sea (which is rising as we speak). Okay…not pretty headlines to start a newsletter with…but this is a day of warnings coming from every direction. If you’re not hearing them…if you don’t want to hear them…if this newsletter grates your crate....what can I say? Unsubscribe? Or go find a place under a coconut tree and watch the sun set…and the sea rise. Or take a trip to Alaska and go sight seeing around Mt Redoubt – that volcano that is shuddering and steaming as it gets ready for another eruption. Or maybe jump in your flying saucer and do an over flight of Antarctica to see what’s going on there. “…volcanic eruptions beneath the ice could destabilize the ice sheet, leading to as much as 25 feet of sea-level rise.” By the time you get home, some of the debris from two satellites that collided in space this week, just might be putting pinholes in your saucer…but anyway, you’ll be able to land safely, thanks to the assistance of some cloaked UFOs that have been keeping an eye on us for a while. (More about real UFOs in a minute..since Contact has begun). Perhaps you should also stop off in Washington DC (District of Comatosia) where you’ll learn that the experts who run some of the US government’s financial oversight operations, don’t consider themselves to be experts at all….they just take advice from the bankers who own the banks with the toxic assets, create predatory mortgage practices, and have big hands looking for big handouts. Fortunately for them, they've found some politicians who are ready to roll out the toilet/money/paper and at the same time ready to claim that they really need help from us common folk. Did you notice the headline that says he was explaining how the US economy got hijacked? Did you get the "explanation" - did he say WHO did the hijacking? Here's a question every American should be asking their Congressmen and Senators: "If the United States owns its own bank, WHO does it owe money TO? THAT would get you the answers as to who has done the hijacking. .... And what was that bit about “Y’know we’re not any geniuses in economics or finances on the hill, we’re representatives of the people….. “So somebody threw us in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean without a life raft and we’re trying to determine what’s the closest shore and whether there’s any chance in the world to swim that far. “We don’t know.” Oh what a smoothie. The Titanic has a gaping hole in it and we’re the elected crew but we can’t tell you whether or not it will sink….can you give us some advice? Sure. Jump into the Atlantic and work it out for yourself. Life raft/bailout not included… But let’s get back on point. It is way past time to be taking earth changes (forget the economy for the moment) EARTH CHANGES…seriously. These earthquakes and trembling volcanoes are not just some passing moment in our lifetime. They are the forerunners to much more violent and devastating events that Earth Change Report has been bringing to your attention for almost two years.
What's All This Fuss About 2012 and End Times?This is another subject you'll have to work through for yourself, because there are many different viewpoints on what's ahead.It's difficult to tolerate such a variance of opinion if you're the sort of person who "knows" he (or she) is "right" but if you're one of those, chances are your head is full of pre-conditioning from birth and you've seldom indulged in the luxury of wondering whether what you know is all there is to know. In the search for truth, it's important to allow others to have their point of view - even if you don't agree with it - because isn't that what free will is about? The freedom (and responsibility) to think for ourselves and draw our own conclusions?
Some say we're heading for Big Trouble as we approach and transit the Galactic Equator. It'll mean such stress on our planet that it's likely to go through a geographical pole shift - which means it will suddenly jerk itself around to regain its balance. That would create tsunamis of unbelievable heights, winds of incredible ferocity, along with earthquakes and eruptions like no-one can imagine. The Mayan Calendar is also a focal point for tens of thousands of people. Youtube has a series of videos by Ian Xel Lungold that will take you deep into that territory. There is also great concern among some people that our planet is destined to disappear into a big Black Hole - or get tossed around by the influence of a giant planet sometimes referred to as Nibiru, or Marduk, or Planet X. So who is right and who is wrong? Where's the real truth in all this? Is there an "up side" worth considering? Has Earth Change Report been too diligent in presenting the "dark side?" Perhaps so - as this email from a subscriber (Richard) suggests. "It is true that everyone must discern for themselves about everything that they read hear and even see. I will explain further about 11/11/2011." (Richard initially wrote in response to various things I had written about 12 21 2012..and surprised me with his reference to 11/11/2011. For whatever reasons, I didn't want to get spread too thin and told him everyone should have the right to decide for themselves...and that I didn't want to pursue the discussion). He wrote back. "Every 26,000 year the solar system goes through the same thing as what has been described in 2012, whereas the central sun is concerned. "In the past there were polar shifts and much earth changes occurred as others have stated. "However, prior to these events there is a vortex located in the four corners area that opens up also every 26,000 years. "It is logical to predict the future from past events. Yes, all these dire things did happen in the past and from thoseobservations future events were predicted. "The purpose of the Sirian Vortex was to stabilize the planet prior to the entering into the central sun's energy and after. "At other times the planet did not line up exactly to keep the planet stabilized enough so that pole shifts other events too occurred. "When the vortex becomes active on 11/11/2011 the planet will be in perfect alignment so that any intense energy will filterthrough the planet and exit out into the Indian ocean, then into space. "This will result in a minimum amount of destruction. "This, by the way will be the last time that this vortex will open because planet Earth will exist in the fifth dimension by the time the next 26,000 cycle occurs. "Like everything else take this information and go within and see how it feels to you. "Remember that anything you put into print some people will buy into without discernment. In other words things that are fear based actually help create those events to happen. "I know it is your purpose to inform the masses to be aware of what the probabilities that may occur, however I haven't read much about the positive probabilities that also might occur. "The elimination of the federal reserve,IRS most likely will occur in the next two years. Disease will be treated not with drugs but with light devices similar to the ones you sawon Star Trek. This also will happen within the next two years but will happen in different pockets to begin with. "As you know time is speeding up. This is because the planet and everything on it is accelerating in vibration. "Those that choose to remain in the lower frequencies will no longer survive here and will be taken to other planets thatstill exist in the third dimension. "Granted that this process will happen over a period of time, but in the the next two years much will be changed. "Of course as the planet releases all the negative energy that she has absorbed over eons of time some earth changes are taken place. " The poles will disappear for the planet is in the process of moderating so that where there (are areas where) is no water will have water and place which get a lot of water will have less. But even a "minimum of destruction" could be catastrophic to those who are unprepared and Preparation, or Preparedness is really the main point of these newsletters. Different points of view, the variety of possible futures, are all worth taking into account. But it's NOT a case of who is right and who is wrong, because when it comes right down to the flesh and blood we're all vulnerable - all open to our own personal "extinction level event." The great civilizations that are "out there" (in their various dimensions) may well have plans to help us...but would that be before, or after, we've reaped what we have sown? Frankly, I've been wondering about that ever since I heard James Gilliland express the concerns that our benevolent "greater family" (ETs) have about coming earth changes. 
Although I had been aware of earth changes for two decades, ) (mainly from this source) I got an additional “wake up call” while directing the documentary “Contact Has Begun.” If you want a professional DVD in which you'll see the impressive effect of a Coronal Mass Ejection hitting Earth, this one’s for you. You'll also see ocean dead zones, a stalling Atlantic Current (Siberia-like climate for Europe, soon)…and genuine footage of UFOs…it’s all about the future. That’s where we first reported on increasing earthquake activity, and the fact (yes, it’s a FACT - just check out the independent Youtube vid on our home page) that advanced people from other planets and dimensions are here, now, BECAUSE these earth changes are occurring. It may be hard to wrap your mind around it BUT…we are not alone. Unfortunately for us, there is no other “home” that we can phone home to and ask for a lift out of here. We’re stuck here in this home that we’ve collectively trashed, and as I’ve said so often, “She” – the mother earth – has had it with our shenanigans. In the voice-over for the DVD I said from the heart "How hard would it be to be a greater civilization than the one that currently inhabits Earth?" Please read on...because despite the horrendous behavior of some of the lizards that pass for politicians and bankers, there really is genuine hope for the future...provided you understand that it is you that the future is about.
So....what do you do with people who murder others with phosphorous bombs – as the Israelis have done to hundreds of Palestinians as they conducted their Gaza holocaust in the past few weeks? (With absolutely no expression of outrage from any of their sanctimonious allies who provided them with many of their weapons in the first place). “Your Silence Is Complicity.” What do you do with maniac Muslims who delight in torture, behead their enemies (even if they’re of the same religion) and live and die like animals among the rocks and crags of Afghanistan and the Tribal Territories? What to do with a world full of religious zealots who use their religion as an excuse to destroy other religions…all in the name of God? (The one who supposedly said “thou shalt not kill”…but also told the Israelites to kill every man woman and child in the “promised land”). Do such people sound to you like an evolving species? But there’s more. What about the comatose people you pass on the freeway every day, spewing toxic gas into the air you’re supposed to breathe, mindlessly scurrying from panic stop to panic stop in their quest for “more.”? (Oh…does that include “me”?). And then there are those who provoke, promote and profit from all the death and mayhem that has been our lot for centuries. They are the shadow puppeteers who jerk the strings that make the governments and politicians of the world dance to their tune, take their money and con us out of our votes, and tax the rest of us to death. ( Earth Changes – Mind Matters” has more on that). It’s a tune that’s all about creating more turmoil, more wars, and more munitions to sell to all sides in those wars. Not to mention the global creep of so-called “free trade” that puts money into the banks…and poverty into every country it creeps into…including the mighty United States. (Just wait a year and see how true that is). Wellll...there's another side to that coin. There are thousands of people, ordinary folk, extraordinary folk, "light workers" "Indigo Children" - all sorts of spiritual people whose personal motivation in life comes from a deep spirituality that has little or nothing to do with the brainwashed mainstream mindset. For just one example, consider the Nexus 2012 Project. It's all about setting up global meditation events to help our planet heal - and if you don't yet understand that there is great power in a group consciousness, the free books available there will explain it to you beyond a shadow of a doubt. Do you think these earth changes are unrelated to what we do as humans? IF so, you need an education. And there is no doubt at all that we are getting one. Just now it may be calamities and disasters that we hear have happened far away. A holocaust in Gaza, an earthquake (or 60) in Indonesia, a pending volcano eruption in Alaska. But soon, much sooner than we might be prepared for, those disasters will be right on top of every one of us. Frankly, this is not an easy newsletter to write. But I'm not just venting frustration, though there is some of that. The selection of disasters from which to draw lessons is currently HUGE...and the list just keeps on growing every week. Almost 200 people incinerated in wild fires in Australia. (One man charged with arson causing death). Ten dead and thousands fleeing their homes because of those earthquakes near Indonesia. 
Even the sun getting closer minute by minute to blowing off a Coronal Mass Ejection that will cripple my computer. (Really, that’s not a disaster as I see it today, but a bloody blessing…). While it’s true that there has been very little sun spot activity in the last year, CMEs are NOT to be taken lightly. As NASA says, they can “strike the Earth with sometimes catastrophic results.” Which will be what? "water distribution affected within several hours; perishable foods and medications lost in 12-24 hours; loss of heating/air conditioning, sewage disposal, phone service, fuel re-supply and so on." Oh well, there goes the iPod, the Blackberry, the GPS, the NASDAQ, the NYSE, the computer in the car…the cell phone…the electronic bank account….the ATM, the checkout stand, and the lights in San Francisco. What we should be doing, faced with all this evidence, faced with the facts, faced with the truth…what we should be doing is making damn sure we do whatever we can to survive until these Earth Changes have passed us by. It’s all very well to fool ourselves into thinking it’s only going to happen to someone else somewhere else, or to imagine that by developing the ‘right’ spiritual frame of mind the earth will forgive us all and leave us alone, but that attitude, laudable though it might be, actually denies the evidence. (Buddha is reputed to have questioned a devotee who had meditated beside a river for 20 years - his goal being to walk on water and get to the other side. Buddha simply asked him "why didn't you take a boat?"). I can learn from such wisdom. Sure, it would be nice to be able to walk on water...but until I can, I've got a backup plan. A canoe....because I don't really fancy drowning. Get the point?
HOW BAD IS BAD? There is plenty of historical evidence to the effect that “extinction level events” have wiped out most life on earth. (I tried an asteroid impact in the DVD with a monkey yelp behind it..but the producer invoked his oversight clause and dropped the yelp...so I guess the monkeys are still alive.... Us?). The question is, should we think we are more special than those species that have died a sudden death in a perfectly natural event? Or should we rely on the same religious promises - that God (or Allah) will look after us, or that Jesus will return? Those promises and expectations have failed countless millions of dead people in how many world wars to date? It’s all a matter of choice. Or conditioning by design as Tim O’Shea points out in a brilliant essay titled "The Doors of Perception and the Language of Spin. Having read that, you’ll suddenly have discovered or recovered the ability to think for yourself, and then it’s only a short step to realizing that the most sensible choice under the circumstances is to “hope for the best” and “prepare for the worst.” After all, as Chris Rubio says, “preparation beats surprise.” (Chris is not a famous person. He's an ECR subscriber - a Vietnam vet - a master of preparation and overcoming apparent adversity). (And as an update a few hours later...Chris read that mention and emailed to say he's not a Vietnam veteran. He was in the first Gulf War. Which proves my point about how easy it is to make assumptions or jump to conclusions on limited information without asking questions and looking for answers). It also raises other questions. Are these forward-looking scenarios all assumptions? Is the future totally set in stone - predestined? (which is impossible I would say, because it would totally negate the concept of free will and freedom of choice about our personal futures..we'd just be Punch and Judys acting out a script over which we had no control). What we do know for certain is that great cataclysms have happened in the past; the ice caps are melting; earthquake activity is on the increase; we are in Solar Cycle 24; and the puppet masters are psychopathic thieves. Can any of us really conclude wityh absolute certainty that in the face of all available evidence, things are going to be "normal" for the rest of our lives? That's a choice I suppose. But it's also a risk, because Nature is quietly showing us that many species of plants and animals are already in danger of extinction (and that's not just the millions we have killed off. Then there's the ongoing open rhetoric about Israel going to war with Iran...Israel not being one to exclude it's nuclear option - and yes, we could very well "extinct" ourselves. With no help at all from any natural Extinction Level Event. So let’s face the probable worst-case scenario, which means contemplating the likelihood that thousands, perhaps millions, possibly billions of people will be killed in natural cataclysms in the next few years. Don’t like that statement? Neither do I. Why not? Because it seems to mean that no-one is going to make it, therefore a person has no hope and no reason to prepare for the worst. (“Eat drink and be merry….for tomorrow we die”). Now that’s a good motto. Except for the last four words. Here’s why.
In any normal natural disaster, despite the way the Mass Media emphasizes the death toll, there are always far more survivors than victims. However, if we look ahead and see more victims than survivors, the question has to be: “which category do I fit into?” Only a fool would look himself in the eye and say “eat drink and be merry….for tomorrow I die.” That’s the wrong category. But some fools will do that. Which means the only ones who make it will be those who intuitively, or logically, determine that self preservation is priority number one. They’ll read the signs with an open mind and see that all this is happening, all this is true, the warning signs are out, more is on the way and we’d better take heed. That means we MUST either prepare…or perish. See…no beating around the bush in this newsletter (and he’s gone into oblivion anyway) ….but hey, how much deliberate social engineering and brainwashing - think mysterious plane crashes or 9/11 – or Official Reports, Public Relations, advertising, ‘education’ and anyreligion - have you been exposed to over the years? Enough to stop you questioning anything and everything? Enough to stop you thinking for yourself so your life is all about agreeing with the herd and the ‘experts’ they trot out every night and every day to keep you thinking their way – or not at all? Do you think those constant statements by concerned scientists that it might be “years” or “decades” or possibly “centuries” before disaster strikes are actually true? No, they’re not. That’s just those guys yodeling a well-rehearsed script while they ride herd on restless cattle. (Same as Kanjorski and Co. do to placate emotional callers. Gotta keep the peasants happy while you’re stealing their lives their land and their homes – just pretend you can ‘feel their pain.’). Personally, as far as the scientists are concerned, I’d like to think that at the same time they’re yodeling they might also be hoping against hope that we still have enough common sense to understand that it could be “tonight” “tomorrow” or “next week” …. so PLEASE would you get prepared, take precautions, do the common sense thing…. What’s that?...well…
It’s already happening in the South Pacific. Islanders (Tuvalu for example) are being forced from their homes because of rising sea levels. Therefore, common sense says if you live on the coast, make a decision. Stay and get wet. Or move and be high and dry. If you can see food shortages in the future (and you’re blind if you can’t) start stocking up NOW – and you’ll be able to eat tomorrow at today’s prices. What about power outages – whether that be because of an ice storm, a solar storm or over-demand to run air conditioning in the summer – do you have candles? (Wow...too primitive???). Water – it doesn’t get pumped through your city system or even out of your well if the power goes out for too long. Do you have any water on hand just in case? Subscriber Dr Cheryl Dusty has a web site where she explains the benefits of "Survival Water." (And you should be thinking about a water filter too – the katadyne type from Switzerland or Berkey – just in case you have to filter water from the [acid] rain you caught, or a puddle or creek). These are the basics of survival. Shelter, water and food…in THAT order believe it or not. Then you’ll want some way to heat water and cook food. (Do NOT go the idiot route of using a barbecue or generator in your house or garage or any closed environment. Carbon monoxide is invisible, but like those b’s who run the governments - and us - from behind the scenes, it’s deadly).
After all that, consider investing in gold and silver – not paper, but the real thing. Chances are that they’ll as much as quadruple in price (and value) over the next year or so while everything else will quadruple in price as well. If you’ve got precious metals, you’ll at least be on a level playing field, sort of. And perhaps well ahead of the pack so you can buy that rural property for a song – or a yodel.

Why not turn your worries about what’s coming into action…do something about it…learn exactly what you need in terms of basic preparedness. That way…you’ll sleep a lot more peacefully. (It happened to a friend of mine). ...HOWEVER - when you call to contest that increase, stay focused, tell them you can't afford it...insist that your income won''t stretch to that...and they'll eventually pass you up the line to someone who has the authority to reverse that demand, and even DECREASE what you have been paying. (It happened to a friend of mine. But of course, this is not advice). By the way...do you ever wonder why it is that the words "doom and gloom" come to mind when people talk about the dangers of the future?
