Earth Changes - UFOs - James Gilliland

Greetings Earthlings…Hello, Bon Jour, G’day, Krah!

Earth Change Report has experienced a huge jump in subscriptions this week.

Therefore this edition is primarily focused on recent subscribers in a welcoming way.

This page will be on line for years, so it is also written as an introduction and comprehensive overview of earth changes, Planet X, 2012 - and more - with many links for 'first timers' to use.

While it is prepared and presented with the "new" person in mind,earlier subscribers are in for a treat as well.

But for a start, let me quickly share my credentials and explain how Earth Change Report came into being and what its mission is.

My credentials: A reporter/writer/director since 1960. Focused on learning about and preparing for earth changes since 1987. I was the writer/director/narrator of the documentary, "Contact Has Begun." I am now Editor of Earth Change Report which is a weekly ezine, with a midweek edition as well. There’s more, but that’ll do.

ECR was started in late August 2007 at the completion of the documentary "Contact Has Begun – with James Gilliland – His Story."

That’s the long title. We usually abbreviate it to "Contact Has Begun."

The documentary deals with James Gilliland's life story, ET Contact, earth changes, and more.

ECR is first and foremost an information newsletter. It's core premise, taken from a report prepared for the US Department of Defense, is that abrupt climate change is happening, and happening right now.

This is not the take of the mainstream media, many scientists, and most governments and politicians.

They prefer the "gradual" earth change scenario. You have better crowd control that way.

But when you dig into it, you see that they are either totally unaware of how serious the effects of global warming have become – or they know all about it and are too afraid to say anything. (Except for Al Gore – see newsletter013)

Many subscribers – especially new subscribers and buyers of the DVD - may be becoming aware of earth changes, Planet X and 2012 for the first time.

Others already know much about both. But not everything.

For some, the ET Contact aspect of the DVD might be the main point of interest.

Others have been attracted by the inclusion in the DVD of scientific information about present and pending earth changes. These include solar storms, the stalling of the Atlantic current, and the expectation that sea levels will shortly rise dramatically.

Given the constraints of film production (there’s never enough time to cover everything in depth) “Contact Has Begun” touches on most of the major changes we can expect in the next few short years. It even includes a brilliant illustration of a solar storm impacting Earth.

Earth Change Report follows up on all that, and will continue to do so as events unfold.

But before we get to James Gilliland’s excellent editorial, let’s quickly discuss the DVD itself.

What sort of person is he (or she)?

How does their mind work?

What is their mission or purpose? What are they really trying to tell me? What is “the message” in this production?

What’s in it for me?

All are valid questions. Especially the one about what’s in it for you.

A lot.

A lot of tremendous information. And we all need information if we are going to make intelligent and wise decisions as the earth continues rapidly changing under our feet..

In this Earth Change Weekender edition I have chosen to let the main character of “Contact Has Begun” give you his take on things – from ETs to disinformation programs, to debunkers to the destruction of our environment.

Bear in mind the usual caveat that his observations and opinions are not necessarily those of this publication, the editor, or the producers of the DVD.

Having said that, let me introduce James Gilliland.

James tells his life story in the documentary.

It is an extraordinary life, including near death experiences and ET contact.

The release of the documentary in DVD format in late August has attracted buyers from around the globe with very little publicity or promotion.

It meets the latest broadcast quality standards. It was filmed with a High Definition camera (very effective for time-lapse shots of clouds over Mt Adams).

The documentary has been picked up for distribution by the company that handles “The Secret.”

The feedback and unsolicited testimonials has (have?) been totally positive.

Many have bought additional copies to share with friends, because James talks in such an easy manner about such a broad range of subjects.

Not once does he try to convince anyone of anything.

The great demand for the DVD is clear evidence that there is a world-wide interest in several subjects – ETs, earth changes, Near Death Experiences, the spiritual journey – and of course, UFOs.

James has experience, knowledge and wisdom in all these areas. So let’s pause and review one of the trailers. It’s short, and relevant.



If we’re into truth, then truth be told, skepticism abounds. All the subjects we cover in ECR and in the DVD for some reason attract their share of naysayers and critics.

In fact, some send really hateful or spiteful comments to James. Yet he handles such issues calmly and wisely.

He should, because he has had many years dealing with such people. And he has advanced far on his personal spiritual journey.

This week, he reiterates a few core truths – and rebuttals of critics – with the following editorial.

So as they say at the conferences – without further ado, let me hand it over to James Gilliland.

Wisdom and Common Sense

NASA - "Never A Straight Answer" as Richard Hoagland refers to them - is not a public agency.

It never was and always has been mainly funded with military projects overseen by NSA, the National Security Agency.

Anything having to do with off world visitors, sightings within NASA projects, exoarcheology, exobiology, the findings of life, ancient artifacts on the moon or Mars is forbidden to share with John Q Public.

Many of the astronauts have come forward speaking of their UFO sightings and people at Mission Control have spilled the beans that everything we have launched into space has been shadowed by UFOs.

[Ed. Note: Astronaut Gordon Cooper - left - features in the DVD. He chased UFOs over Germany and he said publicly that he believes we are being visited by advanced civilizations].

SETI (Search For Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence) another organization we rely upon to notify us if there is any activity in our skies, space, contact or signals from space falls under the same category.

UFOs have a higher top secret clearance than nuclear bombs and again anything SETI may come up with has to go through the same channels as NASA.

Sidebar; Editor’s Note: James next responds to comments by Dr Seth Shostak, the Senior Astronomer for SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence).

Dr Shostak has a BA in physics from Princeton and a PhD in astronomy from Caltech. He received the 2004 Klumpke-Roberts Award from the Astronomical Society of the Pacific. (You can read an article about “Orphan Planets” written by Shostak here).

As for SETI – while hundreds of thousands of people throughout the world, and throughout the ages, have seen UFOs –and know there is intelligent life ‘out there’ and visiting here, SETI says:

"The mission of the SETI Institute is to explore, understand and explain the origin, nature and prevalence of life in the universe.

"We believe we are conducting the most profound search in human history — to know our beginnings and our place among the stars."

James and Seth Shostak are clearly worlds apart.

Most astronomers insist that life on Earth started spontaneously through chemical processes and that we humans got here from there. We are slime with brains.

The only extra-terrestrial influence they are prepared to consider is that the ‘spark’ that might have started that process, got here aboard a meteor from deep space (they ignore the question of how the spark of life got on the meteor in the first place).

There is far less to support that hypothesis than there is evidence (including on this very site and in the DVD) that advanced ETs actually came to Earth and genetically engineered homo sapiens.

Like James Gilliland, Dr Shostak has been a guest on the Art Bell/George Noory Coast to Coast AM talk show – a show that attracts millions of listeners. Now back to James.

Seth Shostack has a history of saying there is no proof whatsoever of UFOs yet when we go to CSETI (Center for the Study of Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence) we find top generals, people within the alphabet agencies, military pilots, people assigned to crash retrievals a myriad of professional people from all walks of life all coming forward putting their reputations and their lives on the line.

They are testifying and offering proof that UFOs are real and have been coming and going (some crashing) for years.

Add that to the mass sightings in Mexico [Ed. Note: Shown in the DVD] of hundreds of ships, some(others) filmed by the Mexican Air Force along with many other countries releasing their UFO files the evidence is overwhelming.

UFOs are being sighted and filmed around the world by credible professional people yet again Seth claims there is no evidence.

He claims if UFOs were coming and going our top secret satellites would have spotted them.

Now we have to ask how is it a private organization has access to top secret satellites?

We also have to ask if UFOs are top secret then how is it he can tell us with authority nothing has ever been sighted as far as UFOs?

If he had top secret clearance he would not be able to talk about it or he would have to take the standard line - UFOs do not exist but we are looking for them and you can count on us.

There are only two answers here. One - he is the most uninformed, closed minded person on the planet and lives under a rock with no access to the news or the internet. Two - he is part of the disinformation project. ( I forgot the possibility of three - both one and two).

Now the big question is why do these people deem themselves experts on UFOs?

Which UFO college did they go to?

Which college teaches ufology - who is who in the multiverse - what kind of ships they have - what are their customs, beliefs, etc?

Have they ever had a contact, seen a ship, had any experience whatsoever?

Seriously, when the standard belief of officialdom and academia is “they do not exist” how is it these men are experts?

They are trained non observers.

To be honest I could get more information out of a nine year old yet we wait and wait for the official word that UFOs exist.

Fortunately the official word in almost all other countries except the United States and our official agencies is that UFOs ARE REAL and they are releasing their files proving just that.

Perhaps that's why this particular UFO visited the Netherlands?It's a Youtube clip, takes a while to load as usual - so go get a coke and more popcorn...

...but don't get distracted and flip off to the Youtube movies. Let's go to France instead. We'll get back to James in a minute.

Phénomène Aérospatial Non identifié

It documents more than 1,600 sightings spanning five decades according to this report in The New Scientist.

It quotes Jacques Patenet, who heads the office for the study of "non-identified aerospatial phenomena" [ L'utilisation du terme général PAN (Phénomène Aérospatial Non identifié) est donc plus appropriée] as saying two things at once:

"We do not have the least proof that extra-terrestrials are behind the unexplained phenomena.

"Nor do we have the least proof that they aren't."

Now back to James.

Why the cover up?

There are many reasons and we can shed light on just a few.

One is the (claim that) people would panic and are not ready for the truth.

A recent Times/CNN poll stated that over 86% of the people believe UFOs exist and there is a government cover up. Hmmmm that leaves 14% , definitely not the majority, so why continue to cover it up?

Who is being served by covering it up and how does this affect the credibility of and trust in our government?

Two is while we have been back engineering these ships and making technological leaps and bounds in the interest of national security we need to keep it secret. After all whoever has the best technology in war is usually the victor.

Besides how do we tell the people they come and go and there is nothing we can do about it? This is somewhat understandable and it is no wonder so many in the field of ufology might not be what they seem.

Three is the kicker.

Thanks to these back engineering programs as well as contact with some lesser-evolved aliens we have had the technology to provide for all of our energy and transportation needs fuellessly for over 60 years.

But to release this to the public would end the enslavement through dependency, free up the people giving them more creative time; time to reflect upon who they are and why they are here- a quantum leap in evolution.

It would also restore the environment, end the majority of pollution and in some applications heal without the use of pharmaceuticals.

What would the war industry do when oil is not a resource to fight over?

Sidebar: The term "peak oil" refers to the fact that oil extraction in most parts of the world has already peaked.

We are running out of reserves.

The numbers are being fudged for various reasons, but demand far outstrips future availability.

This has spurred interest in alternatives – and the auto industry is now looking at a different type of hydrogen-fueled car. One that runs on water – invented by a mere human. So let’s switch to FOX News….

Back to James:

What would the oil industries do when the cars not only run on fuelless energy, they don't even need tires because one of the byproducts of this technology is anti and counter gravity. ?

What will the War, Oil and Pharmaceutical industries do when an extremely spiritually and technologically advanced race of beings appears that speaks of universal peace, helps us develop fuelless zero point technologies, anti and counter gravity?

Imagine a race that has transcended war and disease and lives in harmony with each other and their environment.

A race with wisdom and knowledge that far surpasses ours especially when it comes to our true history, origins, and the nature of God and the universe.

A race willing to help us evolve, unite in peace, restore the environment and join the rest of the universe in peace.

Now you know why there is a cover up and who is standing in the way of universal peace and the return to Eden - the original plan.

It was a plan that has been hijacked by the very same people behind the cover up.

You will see it in your heavens and despite any false flag alien invasion plans Earth will cleanse and heal herself and we will unite with the rest of the universe in peace.

It is our destiny, our birthright to live in harmony with each other, our environment and the rest of the universe and it is a destiny no man can stop.
